After the official launch in June, you still receive free scheduled use of all conference and meeting areas during your regular hours and larger discounts on studio spaces, dressing and green rooms than regular members.

FLEX SPACE GUILD MEMBER  - $50

-5 day pass, consecutive or not

-good at this rate until official launch, after which regular rates will apply when purchasing new days.  Days purchased during pre-launch period may still be used after May 15, 2017.

-access 8am-5pm AND as facilities are available until 9pm

-scheduled use of studio space & common areas at 20% discount

-high speed internet access (100mb up/100mb down)

-full access to flex space, lobby, kitchen, restrooms

CO-WORKING GUILD MEMBER - $250 (normally $350)

-month to month, rates good for 3 months from signing

-access 24/7

-your own building access card and shared office key

-your own permanent desk in a shared office space

-high speed internet access (100mb up/100mb down)

-shared use of common areas including studios when available at no additional charge (but anyone paying for studio space would have first priority)

-additional access to flex space if not being utilized by Flex Space Members.

PRIVATE OFFICE GUILD MEMBER - $800/mo.

-3 month contract, good from signing

-access 24/7

-your own building access card and office key

-your own private office with optional access card for each member (up to 5 SEATS total in the suite)

-shared use of common space at no additional charge per scheduling

-shared use of studio space if needed and when it is available at no additional charge (but anyone paying for studio space would have first priority)

-high speed internet access (100mb up/100mb down)

-shared use of kitchen and other conference areas as they are available at no additional charge

-additional access to flex space if not being utilized by Flex Space Members.

STUDIO PASS GUILD MEMBER - $500/mo.

• 3 month contract, good from signing

• Prioritized access and 50% discount on all studios

• Use of makeup/dressing, green rooms, restrooms, kitchen, and client presentation room included in membership when renting studio
